Jeffrey S. Simon, CFSP
Vice President,
Sales and Engineering |

Mr. Simon had a degree from the School of Hotel Administration, in
addition to a Masters Degree from the Johnson School of Business Administration at Cornell
University. His expertise is primarily in food facility design and systems planning, with
extensive experience in menu design, food preparation and operations. Mr. Simon is CFSP
Certified as Level 1, the highest available designation.
Steven L. Paver, CFSP

With more than 23 years in the foodservice
industry, Mr. Paver has been involved in all phases of dealership operations. He holds a
Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his expertise covers the broad
spectrum of the foodservice industry from design to sales and training. Mr. Paver is
active in many industry organizations and is serving on the board of Directors of FEDA,
the largest national association. He is also CFSP certified as Level 1, the highest
available designation.
